By entering our site and placing an order you are accepting our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order at Niccojar.com, you enter a purchase contract and acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that apply to your purchase from Niccojar.com
The sales contract is subject to Swedish law, and becomes binding for both parties, as soon as your order payment has reached Niccojar.com
You must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to buy products from Niccojar.com. By placing an order/accepting these terms and conditions, you are indicating that you are of legal age to purchase our products. Please note that falsifying this information might be considered a felony and attempts of falsification will be reported to the respective authorities.

Delivery and import regulations
Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. The shipping time depends on the selected shipping method and destination country.
Your consignment may be subject to import taxes, duties, and surcharges, which usually are charged once a shipment reaches your country. Any of these charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, as Niccojar.com have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When ordering from Niccojar.com, you are considered the importer of the products and must comply with all regulations and laws applying to the import of our products into the country where you will be receiving the products.
Please contact your local customs office for further information, as rules and procedures vary from country to country. Niccojar.com cannot provide you with any information regarding this matter. On any questions concerning custom rules, fees and taxes, please contact customs or postal authorities in your country of destination before placing an order at Niccojar.com.
If you choose not to pay import charges, your package will not be released by customs and we will not issue a refund or replacement of your order, even if the order is being returned to us. The same applies if you refuse to pick up your order, do not collect the delivery in time or if the order is seized or held by customs due to a violation of the destination country’s import regulations. Due to the perishable nature of our product, it cannot be restocked or resold after having been shipped once.
Please also note that deliveries are subject to being opened for inspection by customs and customs clearance procedures can add a few extra days to your expected delivery time. As an importer of the goods you need to comply with any regulations and laws of your country of destination, agree to all requests made by customs and provide any documents they might ask for.
As soon as an order leaves our distribution center, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs authorities and/or other circumstances that are out of our control. We accept any returns. This also applies if you should change your mind with regard to your order or simply ordered the wrong product(s).
You can cancel your order if it has not yet entered the shipping process. Once the items have entered the shipping process, an order can no longer be cancelled. Please submit any cancellation requests via our contact link above.
Once you have confirmed your order, an e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address, containing all details of your order. As soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us.

Your order will be sent as 1st priority letter. The approximate delivery times are 2 to 5 business days within Europe and 7 to 14 business to countries outside Europe.
Shippings sent by registered mail bear a tracking number, shippings with stamps does not bear a tracking number so there is no possibility to track an order. We can therefore not accept any responsibility for your shipment once it has been sent.
It is therefore extremely important that your address is correct and complete. We are not to be held liable if a shipment gets lost or is being delivered to the wrong address because of an incorrect or incomplete address. IMPORTANT: Estimated delivery times serve only as guidance, and we cannot be held responsible or issue refunds / replacements for any delays caused by a shipping agent, postal service or the customs clearance process.
Shipping costs depend on package weight, destination country and the selected shipping alternative. All shipping costs will be presented to you within the checkout process.
We (Niccojar) are committed to protecting your privacy. We recognise our responsibility to, at all times, keep any information about you which we acquire in connection with your application, confidential. However, please note that our responsibility is necessarily limited to protection by us of information which we obtain.
We take responsibility for all the personal data – such as name, address, email address and date of birth – that you provide to us when registering the account. The data is stored and processed.
